Stan T. Webb is the co-founder of the Minerva Foundation for Financial Literacy (MFFL). He has hosted financial literacy town hall events throughout Kansas in partnership with Money Smart Week Wichita 2011 and 2012 for which he received two city proclamations. The National Financial Educators Council (NFEC) recognized Stan's passion for financial literacy, named him as an initial board member to guide the development of their youth financial literacy curriculum, and awarded him The Financial Literacy Ambassador Award for his efforts in Wichita, Kansas. Stan has always enjoyed working with our youth and it continues to be a major focus of his efforts along with the great need for helping women in crisis make better, life changing financial decisions.

In addition to his work in the area of financial literacy, Stan has a strong focus in the area of eldercare. He is deeply committed to helping families deal with the financial and emotional challenges that often confront them when caring for their elders. Toward that end, Stan recently established the Eldercare Channel of Wichita, a comprehensive network of professionals who provide a myriad of eldercare-related services.

Founder of DreamCatcher Wealth Management, Stan has been successfully providing financial advice to his clients since 1986. In addition to obtaining his professional securities and insurance licenses and designations, he holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Friends University in Wichita, Kansas.

Stan community involvement included being a keynote speaker and educator for the Federal Employee Mid-Center Education Day Ceremonies in Kansas City and volunteered as a sponsor in the Big Brother & Big Sister Programs. He has also served as president and board chair of the Wichita Jaycees and active in several community and international organizations. He is a member of Kansas Jump Start Coalition, as well as a board member of Civitan International.

Tina Dhar has 20 years of experience in the financial field. She helps clients accumulate, preserve and transfer their wealth. In addition, she has experience in financial counseling for senior executives, business owners and professional women. Tina's employment with several prestigious financial institutions such as Morgan Stanley, the American Stock Exchange, Manufactures Hanover Trust and Chase Manhattan Bank, enhances her well-defined financial expertise. Her passion to bring about better financial literacy to those in need sets her apart from the rest.

Milan Saha, the legal adviser for the Minerva Foundation, is licensed to practice law in the state of New York and in the United States Tax Court. He graduated from John Hopkins University with a Bachelor's Degree in English, and earned his Juris Doctor at New York Law School. While attending law school, Milan was a national semifinalist in the American Bar Association Section of Taxation's Tax Law Challenge. He is currently completing an LL.M. in Taxation at New York Law School.

Milan is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of New York City, the North American South Asia Bar Association ("NASABA") and the South Asian Bar Association of New York. Besides sitting on the Minerva Board of Directors, Milan also shares his time and expertise by sitting on the Board of Directors for the NASABA foundation a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.
